Our one-bedroom self-contained flat offers a haven of comfort, approx. 120 meters from the local conveniences that make your stay both relaxing and convenient. Indulge in nights off cooking with Chinese and Italian pizza takeaways, conveniently located down the road. The nearby supermarket, bottle shop and pharmacy ensure you have everything you need at your fingertips. But the real gem? The beach itself, where the soothing waves and the Surf Beach cafe's fantastic coffee, breakfasts, and yummy food beckon just a short stroll away. You can choose between a simple stay away and to be left to your own resources OR you can go for the full experience of a personal reset retreat with an organised program including meals, exercise options, yoga classes, spa treatments, personal coaching and visioning sessions, coastal walks and excursions to the local area with your own personal guide and coach. All stays are tailored to your needs and budgets. Starting from as little as $150 a night - minimum 2 nights.
COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED plus fully self contained
Your unit includes everything you need to have a relaxed break and disconnect if you need.
Helen's House is a fully self contained 1 bedroom flat on the ground floor of a 4 bedroom home. The doorway is locked and you have your own entrance.
There is a combined kitchenette, dining and living area, queen bedroom and small bathroom plus a small storage area.
You have access to a TV, books and DVDs. Sorry - no wifi atm

Kitchen and living - basic food/pantry items, cutlery and crockery, oven, hotplates, microwave, futon lounge, dining table and chairs, television, books, DVD player and DVDs, outdoor furniture

Base rate - $150 per night/minimum 2 nights inc bedding, tea/coffee and basic pantry items for 1 to 2 pax
Bed and breakfast rate $160 per night inc breakfast tray based on Michelle Bridges or Sam Wood recipes.
1 week stay only - Winter/off season - $700 Summer/high season times - $1000, Shoulder season - $850 - best value at the south coast!!!

Find your Ocean 6 night /7 day reset retreat - 1 person from $2000
Includes all meals - mix of prepared and ingredients with recipes; 4 x personal reset coaching sessions ($440); daily exercise sessions with Libby ie walk/jog, stretching, coastal hiking session (2-3hours), trip to local markets, local yoga sessions, and a spa treatment (massage/facial) at local beauticians. Plenty of time to reflect, read, beach walk . Libby is your perfect retreat companion, host and coach! You will only need to focus on your self!
